I began my yoga journey over 10 years ago in Knoxville, TN.  I was introduced to yoga in a hula hoop dancing cardio class and my instructor convinced me to try yoga. I have loved yoga ever since! When I moved to Ohio, I decided it was time to do my teacher training so that I could teach others about the yoga I loved so much.

In November of 2019 I became an RYT 200 and Ayurvedic Health Educator.  Ayurveda and Yoga are sister sciences.  I've always had an interest in nutrition and cooking.  My Ayurvedic studies are allowing me to merge two of my loves of healthy eating and yoga.

I enjoy teaching all types of students and love to find new and helpful ways to incorporate props and modifications.  My 200 hour training centered on beginner yoga, but I've also found I love to teach strength building poses in my classes.  Strength allows us to find a wonderful balance between effort and ease in the pose and in life.
