Yoga is something I’m fiercely passionate about. I practice every damn day, both on and off the mat. Yoga has helped to change my physique, my strength, my flexibility, but most importantly it has shifted my mindset.

I’m a better person because of yoga, from the inside out - it’s that simple. Yoga is like a secret door leading to rooms I didn’t know I had.

Over the course of spending so much time on the mat, my mind kept getting hungrier for more information and history, my body wanted to unpack all the limbs of yoga, and my heart kept whispering to share my passion with others. I’m a teacher of yoga, and I’m also a forever student.

When you pratice with me you can expect to spend quality time down-regulating, and resetting your nervous system. You will slow down and spend longer times in poses with a focus on relaxation, deepening into the asana, your breath, and lifting your midset. I specialize in restorative, yin, pranayama, and guided and singing bowl meditations.
