Donna Lee Curtis

I'm a 55 year old dynamo who is in my 12th year of sobriety. I have overcome adversities in my life and by dedicating the last 3 years to my own yoga practice and sharing it with others, my life has never been better.

Teaching yoga is my favorite way to experience and share joy & knowledge, and my goal is to create spaces that are 100% inclusive, body-positive and affirming for every identity. Yoga isn’t just about what happens on the mat - it’s about what happens off the mat.

Alicia Hinde

As a wife and a mother of two incredibly handsome and wild little boys I am beyond blessed to have found yoga in my 30s. I look forward to sharing my practice with you!

My main two intentions for my classes are “have fun and challenge”. Just because you are sweating your butt off doesn’t mean you can’t have fun.  I have a strong passion for teaching arm balances/inversions. I find teaching those to be fun and empowering.

Alasin DeVeny

Yoga was something I thought only fit and flexible people did. I learned in the hardest of moments that thought, is so far from the truth! I found that getting on the mat helped me find my strength, my voice, my inner light, my passion, myself!

Natasha Rose Mills

I am passionate about yoga and have a keen interest in nutrition, both key parts of my holistic approach to mental and physical wellbeing.

I want to create a holistic experience to help people like me enjoy the benefits yoga has to offer. I am looking forward to working with you!

I discovered yoga after contending with the effects of Hypermobility Syndrome and the resulting injuries. A focus on slower movement and a core-strengthening approach through has helped alleviate joint instability, pain and malalignment issues.
