Cancelation Policy

All times listed are Central Daylight Time (CDT) in the United States. Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment for a private streaming session, we respectfully request your notification. Our Policy: Cancellations made three (3) days or more in advance of the Appointment date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within two (2) days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours will not receive a refund.
